Gaming is serious business and gamers understand that they need to know their skill level and how it might rank against other players. This project created a program that can score the difficulty of any Beat Saber map in a way understandable by humans.
The project loads V2 map files and creates a map score based on the ranking of the players who have played it and their success rate. The project use hundreds of map files. Some of the maps were pre-rated and others were not in order to test the regression model. A neural-network was used to generate the accuracy scoring.
